Participants are involved in activities designed to replicate and understand the factors that affect performance.
Objective: Train how to manage complex professional situations and choices similar to those lived daily.

    Reflect together in a structured way
Participants use a model of structured reflection of 5 phases through which they organize their insights.
Objective: Increase awareness of the factors that affect performance.
    Transform their experience into a method
Participants identify solutions and options for an effective management of the experiential learning accomplished.
Objective: Transform their experience into practical work tools.
    Concrete action
Participants will draw up a concrete action plan, defining objectives, priorities and expected results.
Objective: Encourage self confidence and a sense of individual responsibility.
